MADWAX late policy allows for a 10 minute grace period for RETURNING clients.

(If you are a new client please refer here)  I make it a point to respect all of my clients time, and I ask that you please do the same for not only myself, but for the client following your appointment  


If you show up to your appointment beyond the 10 minute mark, you will possibly have to reschedule your appointment for either the next open time or another day. 

* I also reserve the right to not be available in my salon after this time period.


If you no-show to an appointment, you will automatically lose your online scheduling privileges. If you choose to reschedule after your first no-show, you will have to pay the full amount of your services prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you do not show up to your second appointment, you forfeit the amount of your service(s).

I am very understanding, and will work with you should an issue arise. If you choose to just avoid telling me you're not showing up, and I feel there's not a mutual respect for myself or business, we will part ways. Please also try and understand these affect small business in a major way!


Please understand that I do not allow any recording during wax appointments. It interferes with me doing my job to the best of my ability, and it infringes on my right to privacy as an esthetician and business owner should the video be posted online. You will be required to sign a waiver prior to your service.
